This is a high energy, fast-paced compact circuit workout program for those who are crunched with time.

Small Group Training:

Each group is limited to a maximum of 6 players at similar fitness level and health goals.

  • MuayThai and Boxing class
  • 1-on-2 couple class

Golf Specific Fitness:

This is our classic program which focuses on the player’s movement and power to prevent golf injuries.
